Anxiety is a Liar

When anxious or stressed, most of us have automatic negative self talk that is very limiting and distressing. I like to name these thoughts as what they are - lies. And if we are frequently lying to ourselves then it can really take a toll. This presentation is meant to help us slow down and identify our own lies and the impact they have on our day to day. Then, we'll discuss concrete tools to use in the moment to help us minimize the impact of our negative self talk/lies.
