Building Resiliency
Resiliency refers to one’s ability to cope or “bounce back” from life’s challenges and/or adverse experiences. The ability to be resilient is one that must be learned and practiced on a regular basis. Advanced Recovery System’s presentation, “Building Resiliency” is intended to help participants better understand the concept of resiliency, how to cultivate it, and strategies for maintaining resiliency. This presentation will include information on the basics of resiliency, components of resiliency, why resiliency is important, and tips for fostering a greater sense of resiliency both in yourself and others.
