Perfectionism & Givers

Perfectionism affects service providers and givers professionally and personally. It drives us to believe that we constantly must do more. Oftentimes, we experience the effects of Perfectionism before we notice where it is stemming from. Such effects include burnout, high functioning anxiety, overworking, imposter syndrome, depression and avoidance that often alter other areas of our lives. This presentation aims to bring more awareness to the influence of Perfectionism for Givers and learn the ways in which professionals can break the cycle and become more mindful of their time and energy.
